iSoftStone is looking for a UI Designer to assist on a number of project-based assignments on a part-time basis. You will work closely with our Process and Software R&D team, and will be responsible for translating our existing interfaces into technology designs that come alive for our users. Job Description:



- Generate wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes for user dashboards and interfaces

- Generate program skins

- Assist us in putting together our visual database for future use

- Help put together demo videos

职位描述

- 负责网站UI界面的设计并完成输出；

- 配合产品经理分析需求，根据需求设计相关效果图；

- 根据产品的规划要求和目标人群设定界面的美术风格和设计风格；

- 优化现有产品的用户体验；



Qualifications:



- 2+ years of UI experience, with demonstrable skills

- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction

- Experience with data visualization a plus

- Working English proficiency: it is important that you can understand English at a working level in all three areas, written, verbal and listening, however we are not seeking a native speaker, and accent is no problem

- Chinese proficiency is preferred

- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, to develop working relationships with a range of stakeholders

- Creative, self-starter, with a high regard to detail

- Enthusiasm to work in a global, fast-moving team

- 2年以上的UI设计经验，具有扎实的技能；

- 能够熟练使用各类设计软件，如： Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle 等和常用的原型设计工具；

- 熟悉HTML,CSS，JavaScript等新的Web界面技术；

- 能很好的把握色彩、排版、页面架构和布局；

- 有数据可视化相关工作经验者优先；

- 能在英文环境下工作，不需要优秀的听说能力，但是工作中会涉及到必须的英文计算机语言；

- 良好的沟通表达能力，积极主动，团队协作能力；

- 眼界开阔，良好的创意思维、创新精神和理解能力；



Employment Conditions:

- Negotiable project-based commission

- Part-time in our Beijing office as required, however most of the project can be completed remotely

- Some travel may be required

- Excellent work will be rewarded with ongoing projects – we have plenty coming up!
