了解n-tier 系统设计的内容
必备VB.Net (和C# )XML知识
有VB6经验优先考虑
SQL Server 2000以上的经验
可选项：有Web application经验
较强的英文交流能力（口语和书写）
能独立胜任开发、维护工作
具有手机应用软件开发经验优先

Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science
Work Experience:
Development Experience under Windows Systems;
Minimum of 3 years of hands on software development work experience, majority of which should be in an environment for a business critical or enterprise wide application;
Understand the concept of n-tier System Design;
Must have experience in VB.Net (and/or C#) and XML;
Better to have experience in VB6;
Experience in SQL Server 2000 and above;
Option: Experience in web application;
Works well under pressure;
Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written);
Ability to work independently.
Experience in mobile application development preferred.
