1. More than 5 years work experience, bachelor degree.
2. Deep understanding of wfmc specification, know xpdl format well, has rich experience on open source workflow engine product.
3. Hand on experiences on web service technical and open source web service framework.
4. Understanding Flex technical is in advance.
5. Rich experience on javaEE field, know open source framework well, e,g spring, struts, hibernate, etc.
6. Good communication skill is required, a good team player.

Provide high quality support for SAP business application

Responsibilities

1. Provide first level helpdesk service through logged messages
2. Monitoring of all business application problems which are logged
3. Trouble shooting and evaluating incoming problems
4. Solving SAP business application issues/problems
5. Forwarding the unresolved problems to the next level and follow up till resolution

Requirements
1. University graduate majoring in Information Systems or Business Application area
3. Experience in any SAP R/3 modules (FICO,CRM,SRM,MM,LO,etc) or in IT systems and business process management will be an added advantage
