Job Description:
Responsible for provide daily IT support to users worldwide for web based application systems and continuously improve system functionality and performance.
Responsible for provide excellent daily support to users worldwide to protect on-going business.
Responsible for proactively identify improvement
Support relying /applications
Review product documentation
Code and unit test product features
Makes software stability and performance analysis then implements and/or suggests improvements.

Requirements:
Minimum 2-8 years of experience in IT web based application system service or development project.
Solid experiences in MS SQL server and web based development.
Proficient in .Net, ASP.Net, MVC, WCF,HTML, C#, programming.
Familiar with Visio Studio environment and WCF/Web services.
Good communication skill and team work spirit
BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, and related fields
Customer focused and able to work under high pressure.
Fluent in English communication.
