Qualifications:
1.At least 10-15 years of information technology experience.
2.Strong data warehouse project background is a must.
3.At least 3 years of experience in an engagement manager role with at least 3 prior years of project management experience.
4.Experience in managing engagements of 50-100+ people in a distributed staffing model.
5.Experience in working or study broad, or keeping frequent contact with foreigners, which can ensure the candidate has good business/interpersonal manner.
6.Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Good listening skills. Good presentation skills.
7.Must be able to handle CxO level contacts, and also IT management and Vendor management contacts. Must be familiar with delivering outsourced projects into mid-large sized firms.
8.Experience in working in an Outsourcing or Consulting environment is required.
9.Must be independent and a self-starter.
10.Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, detailed oriented
11.Be able to understand competitors' strengths and weaknesses and effectively articulate company’s competitive advantage.
12.Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or engineering.
