Senior software Developer/Team Leader

* 4+ years work experince
* 2+ years Object Oriented design work experience.
Familar with the software development life cycle or RUP/etc.
* 2+ years work JSP/TomCAT/EJBEAN or equivalent work experience.
* 2+ years work experience in Web based solutions.
* SQL/database programming experience.
* 1+years work experience in ASP.Net.
* network/database admin experience is a big plus.
* A good team player.
* Good communication Skill.
* Project management experience is a big plus.
