We are looking for a database expert to lead a new data integration team. This is a senior position that requires extensive commercial experience in the areas of data management, query optimization, access control, buffer management and in depth knowledge of relational database architecture. The ideal candidate is someone who had written a database system.

Minimum requirements include:

BS degree in CS/EE from top universities, MS or above preferred. 3+ year commercial software development experience; strong mmunication skill; strong background in Java or C++ programming; familiar with at least one industrial RDBMS; familiar with Windows and Unix platforms; expertise in at least two of the following areas:

- Database internals
- Query processing
- Database applications (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Sybase)
- Server development(C++,Java)
- Data integration
