Our parent company 8RewardsRoad.com (incorporated in Singapore) is a 7 year old interactive agency specializing in delivering creative and impactful online campaigns for clients in Asia Pacific. We were voted as a Top 10 Interactive Agency in Singapore in 2005 and 2006 by Marketing Magazine.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION – Interactive Designer
职务－互动传媒设计师

Primary responsibility would be to conceive creative concepts, manage the design, layout and execution of websites, games, banners, interstitials in support of client’s marketing campaigns.
提出创意概念，根据客户的市场规划要求设计网站、游戏、广告牌等。


REQUIRED SKILLS
职务要求

The successful candidate will be an independent, self-motivated and committed professional with a demonstrated aptitude for managing multiple projects and meeting tight timelines.
能够独立，主动，专业，按时完成每个项目


Necessary skill set includes:



· Professional qualifications in Graphic Design or equivalent or 3 to 5 year's experience in web design and production with a proven track record.
拥有图像、互动媒体设计或相关专业文凭。
或3到5年以上从事网页/互动媒体设计的实际经验。

· Action script programming skills are a strong advantage
掌握Action Script (AS) 编程能力为更佳。

· Ability to conceive strong creative ideas for any communications brief (not just a layout artist)
具有丰富的创意想法(不仅仅是个排版设计师)

Advanced knowledge of the following:
熟练操作以下软件
- Macromedia Flash / Fireworks / Dreamweaver
- Adobe Photoshop or other advanced photo editor;
Adobe Photoshop及其它图像修改软件
- Adobe Illustrator or other vector-based drawing program;
Adobe Illustrator及其它绘图软件
- Javascript & Action script Programming
Javascript和其他程序设计软件

· Additional programming knowledge and skills are a plus.
掌握其他程序知识和技能更佳
· Excellent conceptual and presentation skills
具有清晰的概括及表答能力
· Must have a strong creative portfolio
拥有创意丰富的作品
· Hardworking with good attitude
工作努力，态度端正
